Deposits
All of R&R's Bridal gowns are custom made to measure, upon receipt of your deposit the intricate making of your gown will begin. Once the Gown has been started on the deposit will become non-refundable.
Stage payments
R&R Bridal Wear Ltd are happy for clients to decrease their outstanding balance using stage payments, however no goods will be released until the balance is cleared
Sizing of your Gown
Online or in store all measurements required to order your custom made to measure Gown will be confirmed by yourself (along with a trained member of staff when ordering in store) R & R Bridal Wear Ltd will not be held responsible for any size changes that you may occur in between the time of ordering and your collection. Any alterations required for your Bridal Gown will not be undertaken by R&R Bridal Wear and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Faults
R&R Bridal Wear Staff members are trained to vigorously check all items sold for any faults, however our in store company policy is that you must check each item before leaving the premises as no refund will be given. Online purchases will need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, the goods must be returned in the original packaging.
Ordering times
Custom made to measure Bridal Gowns take around 8-9 weeks to be made and delivered to R&R, we ask that all Brides whenever possible give us 12 weeks notice. Tiara's shoes bags and Jewellery have a usual delivery time of 5 working days
